CTC WINGS (MPL) Route
Course Provider: CTC Aviation
Location: 3 United Kingdom Crew Training Centres, 1 in Hamilton, New Zealand and 1 in Phoenix, Arizona, United States
Training Area: Flight Training: Core (including ATPL/MPL Ground School), Basic, Intermediate and Advanced phases
CTC Aviation has set new standards for MPL training. We have worked together with a number of our CTC Partner Airlines and their relevant regulatory authorities to develop what we believe to be a 'pure' MPL course. MPL is structured differently to the more traditional ATPL Route and is geared specifically to developing the required skills and knowledge to operate as an airline pilot in a multi crew environment. It requires the training provider (CTC Aviation) and the CTC Partner Airline to work together to develop a bespoke syllabus incorporating the airline's culture and operating procedures from day one and secure approval for that bespoke syllabus from the necessary regulatory authority. MPL training is designed for a specific airliner type from the outset (most commonly the Airbus 320 family or the Boeing 737, although other types may be offered in the future). The training hours and duration for each 'leg' of the MPL training syllabus vary depending upon the CTC Partner Airline.
To complete training via this route, you will need to be selected before enrolment by a CTC Partner Airline. Availability of opportunities to train as an airline pilot via this Route will be advertised in the aviation media and on the CTC Aviation website throughout the year.

The CTC WINGS Difference
WE RECENTLY ADDED SOME ENHANCEMENTS TO OUR CTC WINGS ATPL INTEGRATED ROUTE - NOW BETTER THAN EVER!
This website is being fully updated to reflect these changes, but in the meantime they are summarised below -
NEW - ENHANCED PERFORMANCE PROTECTION. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
When you are investing in training, it is reassuring to know that if things don't go to plan, you are protected. CTC Aviation's selection processes, combined with our new enhanced 'PERFORMANCE PROTECTION' offer a fantastic safeguard. In the unlikely event that you are unable to achieve a professional pilot licence due to lack of proficiency, despite your best endeavours, you will receive a refund for training completed and monies paid in advance. *
NEW - UPSET PREVENTION AND RECOVERY TRAINING (UPRT).
Our CTC Partner Airlines are increasingly demanding this additional training to enhance pilot manual handling skills for new generation airliners. In response, we have added this training 'as standard' for CTC WINGS. UPRT with CTC WINGS includes 3 hours in an aerobatic aircraft and 4 hours in a jet simulator (additional to regulatory licencing requirements). To ensure consistency in our training methodology, this is delivered by CTC Aviation and not outsourced to another training provider.
NEW - ALL ADDITIONAL TRAINING, TESTING AND RELATED ACCOMMODATION NOW INCLUDED.
CTC WINGS training has been designed to exceed pilot licencing standards. On occasions, additional training and re-testing may be required and this is now all included (excluding any additional regulatory fees)
NEW - SIMPLIFIED FINANCES.
One simple 'turnkey' figure of £89,800 (including VAT). This figure includes all training, equipment, housing in the United Kingdom and New Zealand or the USA and first attempts at all examinations and resits.
