The objective of TRI theory course (Part 1) is to familiarize the student with basics of learning and teaching, general training philosophies and applied instructional techniques. TRI theory is common to all aircraft types.

Duration: 5 days
Start date: 21 October 2013
Location: Helsinki Airport, Finland


  • The student has at least 1500 hours as a pilot on multi pilot airplanes 
  • The student has completed within 12 months, preceding the application, 30 route sectors including take-offs and landings, as PIC or co-pilot on the applicable aeroplane type, of which 15 sectors may be completed in FFS representing that type.
