This course provides the SIC crewmember with the necessary knowledge and skills to obtain a SIC Qualification Check, meeting the requirements of Part 61.55. The course is incomplete until documentation is provided for one takeoff and landing in the B727 aircraft. FAA Approved.
Prerequisites:
- Private Pilot Certificate with Multi Engine Land
- Instrument Rating
Course Duration: Approximately 21 Days
Classroom Instruction: 56:00 Hours
System Integration Training: 24:00 Hours (16:00 hours classroom; mock-up or simulator without motion + 8:00 hours briefing)
Simulator/Flight Training: 16:00 Hours per trainee (Level B or higher)
Simulator/Qualification Check: 3 Hours per trainee (Level B or higher) 8 06/30/09
